We believe it takes time to truly experience the benefits of a high-quality mattress. That’s why White Dove Beds offers a 100-Night Sleep Trial – risk-free.
You have 100 nights from the date of delivery to try out your new mattress in the comfort of your home. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
Our Sleep Trial applies to:
– Mattresses only (adjustable bases, pillows, and bedding are not eligible)
– One return or exchange per customer/household
We require you to try the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. It can take time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface.
Returned mattresses must be in clean, undamaged, and sanitary condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse or neglect.
If you wish to return your mattress within the trial period:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We’ll coordinate a return pickup or provide return instructions
Once your mattress is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you’d prefer to try a different model, we’ll be happy to assist with a one-time exchange within your trial period.
– Adjustable bases, pillows, and bedding are non-returnable under the sleep trial
– Sleep trial is valid for purchases made directly from White Dove Beds
