1. Warranty Coverage

Adjustable Bases
– Covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty
– Includes parts and labor for any manufacturer defects or mechanical malfunctions under normal residential use

Mattresses
– Covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty
– Covers sagging (1.5 inches or more), structural defects, or flaws in materials

Pillows & Bedding
– Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty
– Protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

2. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear, such as fading or softening
– Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper setup
– Stains, spills, or unsanitary conditions
– Comfort preference changes
– Commercial or non-residential use


3. How to File a Warranty Claim


If you experience an issue covered by our warranty:

2. Include your original order number, photos, and a description of the issue
3. Our support team will review your claim and provide further instructions

4. Proof of Purchase Required


To qualify for warranty service, you must provide your original receipt or order confirmation.

5. Remedies

If a product is found to be defective under warranty, we will:
– Repair or replace the item (or defective part) at no charge
– If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a store credit or refund

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. White Dove Beds is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
