At White Dove Beds, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

– Mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, and bedding in like-new condition
– Items must be clean, undamaged, and returned in original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

– Items marked as final sale
– Products that show signs of wear, damage, or unsanitary condition

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at sales@whitedovebeds.com or call +1 (855) 212-2337 within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
3. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– For large items, we can help coordinate a pickup for an additional fee.

Refunds

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation.
– If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business
days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We’re happy to help with product exchanges, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
